I made this Christmas present for my grandma. For when she goes out on the boat fishing or is working in the garden in her back yard I figured it would help keep the sun out of her eyes and be stylish as well . Crochet pattern came from http://pattern-paradise.com/2015/04/19/free-crochet-pattern-holiday-joy-becomes-summer-joy/ This pattern worked up pretty well for me and I am very happy with the results of the hat I made.
