This pattern is for making a homemade crocheted washcloth that anybody can make and saves you money . I like crocheted washcloths better then regular ones now and you can throw them in the washer . Think of it this way , you spend $8.00 on yarn and you can make more then the three washcloths you have to pay $5.00 to purchase at the store . All you need is 100% cotton yarn and an H crochet hook .
Start with 28 chs
Row 1 : Dc in third ch from hook and all the way across , ch 1 , turn .
Row 2-12 : Dc all the way across , ch 1 , turn.
After you finish your 12th row you can either fasten off there or you can continue to sc around the washcloth to make a nice border . And there you have a nice and simple homemade washcloth that is really absorbent and works surprisingly better then regular washcloths .
